
Puerto Rican Father Alleges Systemic Discrimination Against Men in Child Custody Cases
San Juan, Puerto Rico - A local father, known as Molusco, has publicly denounced the Puerto Rican legal system, accusing it of systemic discrimination against men in child custody and abuse cases. In a passionate address, he shared his personal ordeal, stating his daughter was recently removed from his care.Molusco asserted that the system fails to adequately protect children, highlighting disturbing cases of child abuse that have reportedly occurred even within the Department of Family's care. "Our children are dying because of this damn system in our country," he declared, his voice filled with emotion. He further criticized public officials, including judges and the Department of Family, for what he perceives as a disregard for proper legal processes and accountability.He called upon other fathers and mothers who have experienced similar injustices to unite and raise their voices. "It’s time to protest in front of the courts and investigations," he urged, announcing his intention to be present at the Bayamón investigations on Friday. Molusco emphasized that men, as fathers, also possess rights and a deep love for their children, and should not be discriminated against based on gender. He concluded by stating his unwavering commitment to fighting for his daughter and all children suffering due to systemic failures.
