The investigation, based on complaints received under Section 27(4) of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009, uncovered evidence of several vehicles registered under the names of JPJ Kuala Lumpur employees who no longer owned them. "The investigation found that these actions violate sub-regulation 10(2) of the Public Service Conduct and Discipline Regulations 1993," stated an EAIC press release. The EAIC has forwarded its findings to the JPJ, recommending that warning letters be issued to the employees involved.
