Five Arrested After Fatal Stabbing at Malaysian Palm Oil Plantation
A stabbing incident in Kluang, Johor, Malaysia, has resulted in the death of one Indonesian man and the arrest of five others. Police Chief ACP Bahrin Mohamad Noor confirmed that the suspects, all Indonesian nationals aged between 21 and 31, were detained in the early hours of Sunday, June 8th, following a report received on Saturday morning. "The five men were arrested around 1 AM on Sunday near Paloh," said ACP Bahrin. He added that the suspects have no criminal records and tested negative for drugs. The victim, a 30-year-old Indonesian man, was pronounced dead at Enche' Besar Hajjah Khalsom Hospital in Kluang. The investigation is underway under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
