Pregnant Illinois DoorDash Driver Says She Lost Her Job After a Doctor’s Office…
A DoorDash driver in Illinois shared a TikTok video saying a doctor’s office falsely reported that an order she delivered never showed up.
A DoorDash driver, who identifies herself as Cheyenne Rose, confronted staff at a medical office in the United States today, alleging that a false report of an undelivered food order led to the restriction of her DoorDash account and the loss of her primary income. The incident, captured on video by Ms. Rose, shows a heated exchange between her and two female staff members at the reception desk. Ms. Rose stated in the video, "I just got restricted from my DoorDash account because somebody said that I did not deliver their food here." She further explained her dire situation, stating, "I don't have no job. I have a one-year-old in my car," and adding that she is five months pregnant, making employment difficult to find. One staff member attempted to explain that the food was not received after it was marked as dropped off, prompting Ms. Rose to demand to speak with the person who made the report. The situation escalated as Ms. Rose expressed her frustration, saying, "I really don't give a f*** when I just lost my job." The staff member then requested Ms. Rose to leave the premises. The video concludes with Ms. Rose stating her intention to return.
