Atlanta Woman Shares Story of How She Was Fired from Her Job Because a 'Friend'…
An Atlanta woman shared on TikTok how a close friend she had helped land a job at her workplace ultimately caused her to lose hers.
Woman Details Job Loss Due to Friend's Alleged Fraud A woman, known online as Cyonz, has shared a detailed account of how she allegedly lost her job in 2018 due to fraudulent activities committed by a friend she had helped employ. According to Cyonz, she secured her friend a position at the chiropractic office where she worked, with both agreeing to keep their prior relationship discreet. The situation escalated when the friend, seeking to secure housing, reportedly created a falsified employment verification document using company equipment. This document allegedly listed Cyonz as a manager and inflated the friend's annual income to $80,000. The fake document was discovered by the actual manager after being left in a copier. Cyons stated that she was confronted by management, who presented the fraudulent document. Despite her claims of innocence and lack of knowledge regarding the forgery, and her refusal to implicate her friend, Cyonz was ultimately terminated from her position. Her friend, however, reportedly retained her job. Cyonz concluded her account by stating she has since severed ties with the individual.
