    Expert Doctor Reveals Two Key Strategies for Healthy Weight Loss and Muscle Preservation

    Madrid, Spain – Dr. Isabella Diaz, a general surgeon and sports medicine physician, recently shared key insights into effective and healthy weight loss strategies. In a recent video, Dr. Diaz highlighted two crucial components for individuals looking to reduce body fat and achieve a healthy weight: adequate protein intake and consistent strength training. According to Dr. Diaz, consuming a sufficient amount of protein is vital, as it helps to curb cravings for less healthy carbohydrates and fats.
