Ozbiljno upozorenje liječnika: Spavanje određeno vrijeme svake noći može dovest…
Dobar san nije luksuz, već temelj zdravog života.
A recent video featuring Dr. Daniel Friederich, an optometrist, has brought to light the critical link between sleep duration and overall health, cautioning that consistently sleeping only four to five hours per night can significantly elevate the risk of premature mortality. Dr. Friederich, referencing numerous studies, emphasized that "the optimal amount of sleep is between six and eight hours a night, preferably at least seven." He highlighted that chronic sleep deprivation is "the worst thing you could possibly be doing," associating it with a broad increase in mortality rates, including cardiovascular disease and various other health conditions. While acknowledging that sleeping more than nine hours can also be detrimental, Dr. Friederich stressed that insufficient sleep poses a far more severe threat to long-term health. The expert's advice serves as an important public health reminder to prioritize adequate rest.
