CCTV footage shows the victim jogging with a group when the truck struck him from behind, throwing him into a nearby concrete ditch. "The victim is receiving treatment at Tawau Hospital," stated Tawau District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Jasmin Hussin. "The driver fled the scene immediately after the incident."
