The video, uploaded on September 7, 2025, by user "metromindsTv," documents the confrontation which quickly escalated. According to the customer, the dispute began when the owner allegedly made comments such as "we were broke and didn't want to pay" and referred to them as "burnt," which the customer interpreted as racist. The owner is also quoted as telling the customer they were "fried & acting crazy." The customer, who states they "eventually cussed them out," expressed strong dissatisfaction with the establishment's conduct. A particularly notable moment in the recording, as described by the customer, involved "one of the waitresses asked another customer to pay for our food." This detail further fueled the customer's outrage, leading them to declare, "I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN." The video has garnered significant attention online, accumulating over 246,000 views and more than 18,000 likes, highlighting public interest in customer service disputes and allegations of discrimination.
