Marketing Manager DK Herrera explained that Menya Kokoro, a franchise from Japan, has been in the Philippines since 2019. "It's a dry ramen," Herrera said, emphasizing the restaurant's specialty. The video showcased the preparation of the Mazesoba, highlighting the mixing of various elements to achieve the distinct flavor. Reporter Maoui David enthusiastically described the taste, noting the fragrant sesame oil and the unique mixing process. The report also mentioned other menu items, including Zenbu Mazesoba, Carbonara Mazesoba, and a grilled platter, all available at affordable prices. Menya Kokoro also has branches in Uptown Mall and Podium.
