Marketing Manager DK Herrera explained that Menya Kokoro, a franchise from Japan, has been in the Philippines since 2019. "It's a dry ramen," Herrera said, emphasizing the restaurant's specialty. The video showcased the preparation of the Mazesoba, highlighting the mixing of various elements to achieve the distinct flavor.
