NCAP Returns to Metro Manila: LTO Ready for May 26th Reimplementation

Metro Manila braces for the return of the No-Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) on May 26th. The NCAP will be enforced on major roads across Metro Manila, including EDSA, C5, Commonwealth Avenue, and Quezon Avenue. The reimplementation is expected to impact thousands of drivers.
