According to the National Coordinator of the Free SHS program, Benita Sena Okity-Duah, "Candidates who wish to offer purely TVET programs must select all five TVET institutions from Categories A, B, and C." The guidelines also stipulate that students can't choose more than one school from Category A or two from Category B, but they can select all five from Category C. Parents are urged to assist their children in making informed choices, as the placement decision will be final.
