Chania, Crete – Authorities in Chania have uncovered a substantial weapons arsenal during a coordinated operation at the residence of a 42-year-old man. The suspect was arrested and now faces charges related to inciting criminal acts, violence against law enforcement, and violations of weapons laws. The police investigation commenced after information surfaced indicating that the individual was using social media to encourage attacks on police officers. Following a thorough search, officers discovered a large cache of illicit weapons, including 107 axes and 177 knives, among other items.
