Elderly Man Rescued After Hour-Long Ordeal in Uncovered Santa Cruz Manhole

Santa Cruz, Bolivia – An elderly man was successfully rescued today after being trapped for over an hour in an uncovered manhole on Av. Piraí. The incident, which occurred between the second and third rings, saw passersby and local residents quickly come to the aid of the man before emergency services arrived.
