Content Creator From Las Vegas Says California Hotel Forced Her to Stay in Room…
The mother claims that the staff at the California hotel accused her of lying and forced her to leave with her son.
A mother's planned birthday celebration for her son turned into a 'traumatic experience' after she was allegedly evicted from a motel near Legoland, California, following a dispute over a bloody handprint found in their room. Jayde Danger, who booked the accommodation through Booking.com, claims she discovered the disturbing mark shortly after checking in. 'They keep telling me that I did this,' Danger stated in a video, expressing disbelief. 'I just got here, I don't have anything bloody on me.' According to Danger, the hotel staff refused to clean the wall or provide an alternative room, despite her repeated requests. She alleges that a supervisor dismissed her claims, asserting the room was clean during their inspection. The situation escalated when Danger, frustrated by the lack of resolution, admittedly slammed her door. She was then given five minutes to evacuate the motel, with staff threatening to call the police. Danger, who states she works for an online travel agency (OTA) herself, criticized the handling of the situation by both the motel and Booking.com. 'I was treated like shit. I was ignored. I was refused service,' she recounted. She further lamented that the entire weekend, including pre-booked tickets to Legoland and a jet boat adventure, was ruined, resulting in significant financial loss. Danger has reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau, calling it a 'disgusting case for customer service' and emphasizing that she did nothing illegal or aggressive to warrant the eviction. The incident highlights potential issues in customer service and hotel accountability for guest safety and satisfaction.
